The water level in Papanasam Dam on Thursday stood at 87.75 feet (maximum level 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 173.84 cusecs and 300 cusecs of water was discharged. The level in Manimuthar Dam stood at 85.63 feet (maximum level 118 feet). The dam had an inflow of 20.80 cusecs and no water was discharged.
