The District Anti-Narcotics Special Action Force, with the help of the Elathur police, arrested three persons for possession and distribution of MDMA, a narcotic drug, from a house near Pavangad in Kozhikode city in Kerala on Monday night.

The arrested have been identified as Mithun Raj, a native of Kuttikkattor, Nygil Ritz from Puthiyangadi and Rahul from Poovattuparamba.

The trio had allegedly rented out the house and was using it as a drug distribution centre.

The team confiscated 79.74 grams of MDMA from the house.

The source of the drug is yet to be found. The arrested are being questioned.
