The Weifang International Kite Festival, now in its 42nd edition, is a spring tradition. Held in the birthplace of kites, the festival is a vibrant blend of tradition, artistry, and global unity through the joy of kite flying.

Following this participation, the same symbolic kites will be featured at the Tamil Nadu International Kite Festival 2025 to be held in May in Mamallapuram, a coastal heritage town renowned for its ancient shore temples and scenic beauty.
