SurveySparrow, an experience management platform, donated medical equipment to five government healthcare facilities in Chennai through its corporate social responsibility arm, SparrowCare.
A press release said SurveySparrow partnered with the non-government organisation, Weeds India, and donated 30 foldable cots with beds, wheelchairs, and medical instruments such as infant weighing machines and oximeters. These resources were provided to primary healthcare centres at Gerugambakkam, Kolapakkam, Kovur, Mangadu, and the Kundrathur Government Hospital.
T.M. Anbarasan, Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; Manoharan, Chairman, Kancheepuram District Panchayat Council, and Shihab Muhammed, Founder and CEO of SurveySparrow, took part in the event.
