Thirumalai Mission Hospital organised a seminar on occupational health services at workplace, with the focus on industrial workers, in Ranipet on Saturday.

According to a press release, senior leaders from various industries including representatives from Murugappa Group and Tata International in the region came together to exchange ideas and share the best management practices aimed at ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of workers in factories.

In his address, Anand Rangachary, CEO, Thirumalai Mission Hospital, said that the hospital plans to establish a facility with around 150 beds, making it a vital hub for occupational health and well-being in the Ranipet industrial cluster.

He appealed to units in the cluster to look at a long-term association with the hospital. On the occasion, Hariharasudan, Emergency Specialist, Thirumalai Mission Hospital, and Kavitha from NR Swamy Rehabilitation Centre, also spoke, the release said.
