A police station in Vanagaram (T-5 Vanagaram Police Station) was inaugurated by the Additional Commissioner of Police, North, Pravesh Kumar on Friday in the presence of Joint Commissioner of Police, West, P. Cephas Kalyan and other officers. This station is located on Home Town Main Road at Numbal. It will offer its services to the residents of Vanagaram, Thiruverkadu, and Porur. It has 24 personnel, including one Inspector, one sub-inspector and 10 Grade II constables.
