A government girls hostel security guard was booked under Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act by Karaikudi police on Sunday regarding a sexual harassment complaint registered against him.  Based on the complaint of a student who was allegedly sexually harassed by Alagappan, 56, Karaikudi AWPS police arrested him.  Further investigation is underway.
