The MoUs were exchanged in the presence of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in Thiruvananthapuram on August 20. Ministers P. Rajeeve, P.A. Mohamed Riyas, and Veena George; Sanjay Khanna, Director (Refineries) with additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director, BPCL, were among those who attended, it said.
