The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, on Monday, has announced the Early Bird Scheme for payment of property tax for the year 2025-26.

As per the scheme, property owners paying the tax in the first month, between April 1 and 30, may avail 5% rebate on the total tax for the year.

The rebate will not be applicable for tax arrears accumulating from previous years, a statement from the GHMC informed.
