Deepak Mathews took charge as the Accountant General (Audit-I) in Bengaluru on February 21. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Mathews held the position of Director at the Cabinet Secretariat, Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi. He also served as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi.
