The Kerala High Court on Monday asked the police to file a statement specifying the role played by Congress leader Laly Vincent in the CSR fund scam.

The court passed the order when her anticipatory bail petition came up for hearing. According to her petition, as she is the lawyer of Anandu Krishnan, one of the accused in the case , she would give him legal advice in his civil matters and in preparing contracts between the companies. She contended that she was falsely implicated in the case without any basis.
