The government has appointed Chairman of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) K. Madhu Murthy as the in-charge Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Nuzvid.

The decision was taken in response to a request made by the Vice-Chancellor (FAC) of the RGUKT, Nuzvid, who drew the government’s attention to the fact that day-to-day function of the University and its campuses was significantly impacted rafter the exit of the previous Chancellor K. C. Reddy, who was relieved from the post on July 13, 2024.
