Gnanasekaran, who has been arrested in the Anna University sexual assault case, was admitted to Government Stanley Hospital on Wednesday after he suffered seizures during interrogation, the police said.

Since Monday, he has been kept under police custody for interrogation by the Special Investigation Team, which was constituted on the directions of the Madras High Court. He was arrested on December 25 last year. He was booked for rape and sexual harassment, the police added.
