The double-engine government is preparing plans for the implementation of ‘Maha Shakti’ scheme in Andhra Pradesh, said Lanka Dinakar, Chairman of Twenty-Point Programme Implementation Committee, during a review meeting at the Collectorate in Tirupati on Monday (September 08, 2025). As per the plans, ₹1,500 per month will be given to women over 18 years of age under ‘Maha Shakti’ scheme.

He said, “Saving the State from the pre-2024 rule of financial anarchy, destruction and weakening of systems, the double-engine government’s rule has become a super-duper hit after the implementation of four out of the Super Six promises within just 15 months, paving the way for lakhs of jobs for the youth by attracting investments of ₹10 lakh crore.”

He spoke about the progress of centrally sponsored schemes, projects implementation, infrastructure provided by the Municipal Corporation and development as a smart city on issues like education, healthcare, and safe drinking water in the district.

Addressing the officials, he said, let us work towards the goal of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ and Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s aspiration of ‘Swarnandhra 2047’.

Alleging the misuse of TTD funds during the YSRCP regime, Mr. Dinakar said, “Lord Venkateswara Swamy will forever remember the unethical policies where plans were made to loot His funds using the Municipal Corporation as a front. The coalition government will protect dharma by putting a stop to such activities.”

He suggested that the officials make programmes in the education and healthcare sectors more qualitative and successful, as these sectors play a key role in developing quality human resources. As promised by the double-engine government, every farmer has been provided with ₹20,000 under ‘Annadata Sukhibhava’, including the ₹6,000 from the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi.
