Southern Railway, which launched the first air-conditioned electrical multiple unit (EMU) train services in the city, has invited feedback from passengers regarding the timings and other issues.

In a press release, the Southern Railway said it had launched a separate mobile number — 6374713251 — where commuters could submit their feedback on Whatsapp, with no audio calls allowed.

In addition, they can also submit their feedback using a google form at https://shorturl.at/XQTdf

The air-conditioned EMU began its service between Chennai Beach and Chengalpattu on Saturday. The Tambaram-Chennai Beach-Tambaram air-conditioned EMU service was also started.
