NEXUS Edge Conclave at Bengaluru City University

Bengaluru City University (BCU) School of Management Studies (BCUSMS), in collaboration with the International Institute of Business Studies, organised NEXUS Edge 2k25 on Tuesday. The event unfolded with resounding success.

Drawing over 2,500 students, industry experts, and distinguished academicians, the conclave provided a platform for knowledge exchange for empowering students to better navigate the ever-evolving business landscape.

Vice Chancellor of Bengaluru City University, Lingaraja Gandhi inaugurated the event. In his inaugural speech, Prof. Gandhi underscored the growing significance of aligning management education with the rapidly changing demands of the business world. He emphasised that traditional academic knowledge must now be complemented with digital literacy and technological expertise to prepare students for success to stay competitive. 

The conclave also saw an address by Nirmala M., Chairperson of BCUSMS, who served as the guest of honor. Her speech focused on the importance of interdisciplinary learning and the integration of technology into business education. Nirmala emphasised that in a fast-paced, ever-evolving job market, continuous learning and the ability to adapt were crucial for students to thrive.
