Two educational institutes in south Delhi, including Lady Shri Ram College, received bomb threats via e-mails on Wednesday, the Delhi Fire Services said.
A senior DFS official said that teams were immediately rushed to the site, but nothing suspicious was found. A dog squad and bomb disposal squad were part of the teams rushed to the spot, a police officer said.
“We received two different calls informing us about the bomb threat e-mails received by Lady Shri Ram College. Another bomb threat call was received from Tagore International School in East of Kailash area at 11.17 a.m.,” the officer said.
“We did a thorough check and assured the administrators that there was nothing suspicious on the premises,” a senior Delhi police officer added.
