Three CPI(M) activists arrested for crude bomb attack on SDPI man’s house in Kerala’s Kannur

The police have arrested three Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPIM) activists in connection with the crude bomb attack on the house of a Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) activist at Muzhappilangad in Kannur on Monday.

The arrested have been identified as Prajeesh, alias Muthu (30), a native of Muzhappilangad, Dileep (35), native of Vadakkumpad and Shinto.

The attack occurred around 6.15 a.m at the residence of Pilachery Siraj, causing damage to the house and a vehicle parked in the yard.

The accused have been produced before the Thalassery court and remanded in custody.
