The district administration, in association with the NGO Young Indians, will be organising ‘Happy Trivandrum’, an event filled with various fun activities, at Manaveeyam Veedhi on Sunday from 5.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.

District Collector Anu Kumari said in a video message that the project has been launched to wean away the public from digital screens and to encourage them to come out into public spaces.

Various events, including a band performance, gully cricket, other board games, face painting, caricature corner, penalty kick corner and food corner, are arranged as part of the Happy Trivandrum event, which has the tagline ‘Where our city comes alive.‘
