Andhra Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights chairperson Kesali Apparao and member Gondu Seetharam on Monday directed authorities of Arasavalli Sun God temple to ensure special darshan facility for pregnant women and parents, who come to darshan with infants on the day of Ratha Saptami to be celebrated on February 4. In the backdrop of stampede like situation in previous years, the Commission has given several instructions to the temple authorities. Mr.Apparao and Mr.Seethamram suggested the establishment of breast-feeding centres and shelter for elderly persons. They asked the authorities to provide milk and biscuits for children as food may not available in the queue lines.
