The Centre for National Security Studies at M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences hosted a talk titled “India’s National Security Challenges in 2025: A View from Bengaluru” by Ambassador P.S. Raghavan, Chairman of the National Security Advisory Board, earlier this week.

Mr. Raghavan focused on the challenges India is likely to face in 2025. He highlighted critical issues, including the geopolitical tensions in India’s neighbourhood and the growing complexities surrounding non-traditional security threats, such as cyber warfare, terrorism, and climate-induced security risks.

Major General J.V. Prasad, Director of the Centre for National Security Studies, highlighted the importance of studying national security.

He said the Centre aims to foster a deeper understanding of these challenges and cultivate well-rounded expertise in the field.
