A 24-year-old man was stabbed to death by his friends during a drunken brawl in Kokapet village in the wee hours of Tuesday (September 30, 2025).

The victim, identified as Kasaram Yadagiri, who worked as a welder and lived in a double bed room house in the village, had been drinking with his friends when an argument broke out. The quarrel escalated, and Yadagiri was fatally stabbed around 2 a.m.

Locals alerted the Narsingi police, who rushed to the scene and shifted the body for postmortem examination. A case was booked, and further investigation is underway.
