Minister urges people, TDP cadres to uphold legacy of NTR

State Transport and Sports Minister Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy urged the people and members of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) to uphold the legacy of selfless service demonstrated by TDP founder and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N.T. Rama Rao.

Commemorating the 29th death anniversary of the former Chief Minister, Mr. Ramprasad Reddy offered floral tributes at NTR’s statue in Bhavatha Abbavaram village of Rayachoti mandal in Annamayya district on Saturday.

While addressing the gathering, the Minister praised NTR’s transformative impact on the State, highlighting that his vision and commitment to public welfare serve as a lasting inspiration. “The contributions made by NTR to the State are unforgettable. We should let his legacy of service and devotion to the people continue to direct our actions,” he said.

The event witnessed significant attendance from TDP leaders, party supporters, and residents from six mandals within the Rayachoti Assembly constituency. Participants honoured NTR by garlanding his statue and portrait, reiterating their dedication to upholding his principles.
